How banners work

  • One limited banner rotates in every Monday at 05:00 HKT.
  • Every SSR has a 50% chance to be a featured hero. Miss once and the next SSR is guaranteed featured — the guarantee carries over between banners.
  • Pity, the 10-pull guarantee and prices match the standard banner. The in-game Rates page lists every hero's exact probability.
